Hey guys! Ever since I started my channel, I’ve used a 2-meal-per-day approach every late spring and early summer to lean out a little bit and lose that extra body fat I accumulated over the winter months. In this video, I explain the 2MAD approach, where I learned it, how I implement it, and how simple, easy and versatile it is. If you're an endomorph like me and struggle to get lean, I don't claim to have all the answers (I'm at or above 12% body fat myself), but I humbly recommend 2MAD as it has helped immensely with controlling my eating habits and burning fat without even really trying.
