Beans Soup recipe 🍲
1 onion
1 carrot
2 stems of celery
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 can of white beans
500 ml of broth
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon hot paprika
A handful of fresh spinach or frozen ones
Simmer for 15 minutes
Blend lightly and enjoy
