Hello everyone!
As you know, my favorite pound cake is pistachio pound cake, and the rum raisin pound cake is just as delicious.
Raisins are an ingredient that has many likes and dislikes, but if you eat a slice of this pound, you'll fall in love with raisins, right? :)
It's summer, so it's perfect weather for making pound cake.
Ingredients (160(L)X80(D)X65(H))
(room temperature) 100g unsalted butter
(room temperature) 95g eggs
50g granulated sugar
40g brown sugar
2g salt
98g of all purpose flour
15g almond powder
3g baking powder
20g Heavy cream
2-3g vanilla bean paste (extract possible)
40g raisins + 18g gold rum
25g unsalted butter
35g white chocolate (couverture)
a pinch of salt
2g rum (rum with raisins)
✔After sanding the cream, let it harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and then move it to room temperature.
✔ Store at room temperature
✔Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes (based on convection).
