Biga 酵頭:

水250克(1+1/4杯)
酵母7克((1+3/4小勺)
高筋麵粉500克(4杯+3大勺)

蜂蜜20克(1大勺)
水150克(3/4杯)
鹽8克(1+1/3小勺)
橄欖油15克(1大勺)
(或食用油)

烤箱預熱30~45分鐘
230°C
烘烤
18~20分鐘

Instant Yeast 7g(1+3/4 tsp)
Bread Flour 500g(4cup+3 tbsp)

Honey 20g(1 tbsp)
Water 150g (3/4 cup)
Salt 8g(1+1/3 tsp)
Olive Oil 15g(1 tbsp)
(Or cooking oil)

Preheat the oven for 30 to 45 minutes
230°C
Bake
18 to 20 minutes
