High-gluten flour ( bread flour ) ……………………300g
Warm milk ( lukewarm mil.................................100g
lukewarm water ............120g
Sugar .................................................35g
Yeast (yeast)……………………..3g
Salt (salt)…………………………………3g
Butter ............................................... 20g
Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
Tips:
1. The selection of flour for no-knead bread is very important, and high-gluten flour must be used.
2. The basic fermentation can be done at room temperature, or it can be refrigerated and fermented overnight in the refrigerator. You can arrange it flexibly according to your own time, and the fermentation can be doubled in size.
3. When folding the dough, remember to wet your hands first so that they will not stick.
