Recipe for: Cheese Pane with Garnish. Delicious and Easy Recipe. I Never Get Tired of the Classics!

Necessary products:

300 g of cheese
Flour for rolling
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs for breading

For the garnish:

2 carrots
400 g of cabbage
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
Salt
Oil
Vinegar

Method of preparation:

Cut the cheese into slices about 1 cm thick.
Beat the eggs.
Dip each block of cheese in water, then in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat once more in the egg and breadcrumbs to make a double breading.
Leave the breaded cheese in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
While the cheese hardens, prepare the salad: Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. In a large bowl, add the cabbage, carrots and chopped parsley. Season with salt, oil and vinegar. Mix well and mash the cabbage lightly.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the breaded cheese into the rest of the beaten eggs and fry until golden on both sides.
Remove the cheese on kitchen paper to drain excess fat.
Serve the cheese with the finished salad.
