HASSLE-FREE RAMADAN STOCK! Make it once, it can last for a month!

Ramadan is coming soon, it's time to stock up on frozen side dishes so that sahur and breaking the fast are more practical! Cook it once, it can last for a month! Come on, prepare this food stock to save more time and energy!
🔥 📌 Must-Try Ramadan Stock!
✔ Fried Fish (Just fry, the seasoning will be absorbed!)
4 mackerel fish
3 tbsp yellow base seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp powdered stock
Method: stir well and brush onto the fish
✔ Grill Chicken (Great marinade, just grill!)
500 gr chicken breast
Chicken marinade
Method: stir until evenly distributed
How to cook: just cook with a little oil then baste with butter
✔ Sate Taichan (Super simple, just grill!)
500 gr chicken breast
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mushroom stock
1 tsp pepper
1.5 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp lime juice
Just mix all ingredients
How to cook: just grill in a pan
✔ Beef Yakiniku (Just stir-fry, the meat is tender!)
500 gr beef slice
3 cloves grated garlic
1/2 piece ginger, grated
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce sweet
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
Additional: 1/2 sliced onion, crushed garlic after cooked
How to cook:
Mix all ingredients well, then put in a container and Frozen stock
Once almost cooked, just add sliced onion
✔ Beef Balado (Spicy, savory, and long lasting!)
Main Ingredients:
500 gr beef slice (can use shortplate/sirloin slice or other thinly sliced beef)
2 bay leaves
2 lime leaves, torn
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 tbsp tamarind water (dissolve 1 tsp tamarind with 2 tbsp water)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp powdered broth (optional)
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp red base seasoning
1 tsp lime juice (to keep it fresh)
✔ Honey Chicken Wings (Sweet and savory, just use the oven or pan!)
500 chicken wings
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely ground
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp mushroom stock
How to cook:
Mix all ingredients well then put in a container and Frozen stock
How to cook oven temperature 180 for 35 minutes or cook in a pan until the spices are absorbed
✔ Spicy Chicken Wings (Seasoning is absorbed, can be grilled or fried!)
500 gr chicken wings
½ lime
3 cloves garlic, finely ground
1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp sweet soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp BBQ sauce
2 tsp chili sauce
2 tsp paprika powder
1 ½ tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp chicken stock powder
½ tsp pepper powder
✔ Soto Ayam Kampung (Just heat it, the broth is very refreshing!)
1 FREE-TO-DOWN chicken
2 liters of water
How to cook: just add basic yellow spices + leaf spices + seasoning. To taste like chicken, you can shred it. Shred it when cooking it again
✔ Bogor Yellow Soto (Spices are great, ready to serve!)
500 gr of beef shank, boil in boiling water until it foams, then rinse under running water, then pressure cook for 30 minutes. Storage: separate the shank and broth, store in the freezer
✔ Beef Rib Soup (The broth is very tasty, a must try!)
500 gr beef ribs, boil in boiling water until foamy then rinse under running water then pressure cook for 30 minutes
Storage: separate the ribs and broth, store in the freezer
✔ Meatballs (Can be used for stew, fried chili sauce, or balado!)
