1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
1 tbsp butter or ghee (for frying)

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor until smooth.
Add psyllium husk powder, almond flour, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, salt, and garlic powder. Mix until a thick, pliable dough forms.
