表弟今天教你簡單煮『脆皮燒肉』
材料:
五花肉 600克
醃製:
白醋 3大匙
蘇打粉 1茶匙
調味料:
鹽 1½茶匙
糖 1½茶匙
味精粉 半茶匙
五香粉 1/3茶匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙
做法:
1. 洗淨五花肉後,用白醋抹勻皮,再用蘇打粉抹勻醃製10分鐘。
2. 醃製10分鐘後,把五花肉皮表面擦乾並放進冰箱吹乾4小時。
3 .4個小時候,為了讓肉皮更乾,用吹風機吹五花肉表皮。
4. 調出調味料並把調味料抹在五花肉底部。再利用錫紙把五花肉包起來放進氣炸烤箱烤200度30分鐘,這個時候五花肉皮要朝下。
5. 烤好後,取出五花肉並用叉子把豬五花表皮插滿洞,讓其更入味。接著再送到氣炸烤箱烤220度45分鐘,這次是五花肉皮朝上。
6.烤好後,切塊即可享受美味的脆皮燒肉。
