This time, we would like to introduce "Danish bread," which has a delicious moist dough that is soaked in butter and a crispy texture.Since the most difficult butter is not folded in and it is easy to mold, anyone can make it without failure if it is fermented enough.
You can easily make it by wrapping finely chopped butter and folding it 4 times.
The key is to keep the butter cool and fold it before it becomes soft.

Mix the ingredients and knead 100 times
Primary fermentation until spread in a container to double the thickness
Cut the folding butter into 5 mm squares and cool in a freezer.
Take out the dough, stretch it, and sprinkle with butter
Repeat the tri-fold four times while making the dough thickness even.
Cut into 4 equal parts and roll each into a mold
When the height of the dough reaches the mold, apply egg liquid
Bake in a 190 degree oven for 25 minutes
