Kkakdugi fried rice

[Ingredients]

1 bowl (200g) rice
1/2 cups (50g) beef chuck
1/2 cups (40g) green onions
1 cup (100g) kkakdugi
1/5 cups (50g) kimchi juice
2/3 tbsp (10g) red pepper paste
2/3 cups (120g) water
1/3 tbsp (2g) sesame oil
1 tbsp (10g) soy sauce
1/3 tbsp (3g) brown sugar
3 tbsp (20g) cooking oil
Cooking oil for frying egg
1 egg
Flavoring salt
Ground sesame seeds

[Directions]

1. Finely chop kkakdugi and evenly cut green onions.
2. Add cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry meat and green onions.
3. When the green onions and meat are golden, add kkakdugi, kimchi juice, red pepper paste, sugar, water, and soy sauce.
4. Once moisture is gone, add rice and break it down with a ladle.
5. Once rice and other ingredients are mixed, stir-fry over high heat.
6. Add flavoring salt if desired.
7. Make a Thai-style fried egg.
8. Put fried rice in a bowl and top with the fried egg.
9. Sprinkle some sesame seeds to finish.
