This is a movie which shows how to make and design a delicious “Engadiner Nusstorte”. It’s a traditional cake in Switzerland. If you like walnuts, caramel and tart, this cake is the best recipe for you!

【Ingredients-15cm cake tin-】
1.Tart dough
80g unsalted butter
40g sugar
a pinch of salt
some lemon peel
1/2x(25g) egg
120g cake flour

2.filling
150g walnuts
80ml heavy cream
10g honey
a pinch of salt
1/2x vanilla beans
90g sugar
1tbsp water

3.prepare tart
some vegetable oil
some flour

4.last step
egg
Bake at 180 degrees about 30 to 35 minutes
