水100毫升 (水跟小黃薑打成容後 揸出薑汁 不夠時要加水 至薑汁量320毫升或克)
Kara 椰漿115毫升
增城片糖270克
糯米粉330克
澄麵55克
花生油四湯匙
模具 20cmx11cmx5.5 cm
