This is a movie which shows how to make and design delicious “Gluten free Lemon tart”. The tarts are made from ground almonds, corn starch and rice flour. If you have a gluten allergy, you can enjoy this lovely cake!

【Gluten free cake recipe】

【Ingredients-6x tart rings(7cm)-】

1.Vanilla ganache
1g powdered gelatin
5ml cold water
50g white couverture
100ml heavy cream
100ml heavy cream
1/2x vanilla beans

Let it rest for at least 3 hours

2.gluten free tart dough
60g unsalted butter
40g powdered sugar
20g ground almonds
10g corn starch
a pinch of salt
70g rice flour
1x(20g) egg yolk

If the dough is too dry, add 1 tsp of milk
Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour

Roll out to about 2.5mm and cut out
Bake at 180 degrees about 12 minutes

30g white couverture
1TL vegetable oil

3.lemon cream
40g unsalted butter
1g powdered gelatin
5ml cold water
1/2x lemon peel
50ml lemon juice
70g sugar
2x(100g) eggs
