200g Glutinous rice 200克 糯米
1/4 tsp 5 Spices powder 1/4 茶匙 五香粉
1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 茶匙 盐
1 tbsp Caster sugar 1汤匙 细砂糖

200g Plain flour 200克 普通面粉
2 tsp Caster sugar 2茶匙 细砂糖
1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 茶匙 盐
1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 茶匙 泡打粉

1/4 tsp Yeast 1/4 茶匙 酵母

120ml Water 120毫升 清水
