This not so common Sidex model of Gorenje washing machine was saved from scrap.
Type PS 060 A model D with Končar motor and PG1200 programmer
Washer was in horrible condition, someone lived in it for a while 🐁, it was neglected, horrible smell from all the hoses and drum.
It took me two afternoons to completly disassemble it (40min), clean it, remove the rust and paint it, change the bearings and the seal.
First test run showed a leaking water pump, that was replaced.
First run on 95 was just to clean it, before I put some load in it.
It is a good daily runner with 550RPM spin, 1/2 button takes a lower water level, even on rinsing and softening!
For a second run, 95°C boil wash, white.
