It is very easy to make this Gula Melaka / Palm Sugar Big Huat Kueh, draw a cross with oil, and so easy to bloom.

椰糖 180克
班兰叶
玉米油 75克
泡打粉 1 茶匙
自发面粉 350克
牙签/ 沙爹棒
食油
➡️ Ingredients:
Water 270ml
Palm sugar 180g
Pandan leaves
Corn oil 75g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Self raising flour 350g
Toothpick/ Satay stick
Cooking oil
