Ingredients 材料:
250 g self raising flour 自发面粉
1 tsp baking powder 泡打粉
1/8 tsp salt(optional) 盐(选择性)
90 g caster sugar 细砂糖
100 ml pandan juice 班兰汁
160 g coconut milk 椰浆
20 ml vegetable oil (corn oil) 植物油(玉米油)
Steam over high heat for 20 minutes
大火蒸20分钟
