How much can you improve your FTP in one year?
One year ago, my FTP was just 185 watts. Fast forward to today, and I’ve hit 292 watts —a gain of 107 watts! How did I do it? In this video, I take you through my FTP ramp test, sharing every step of the journey, from my early struggles with cycling to the strategies that made this progress possible.
