He's some info about how i went from 3.2 w/kg to 4 w/kg in 5 months. Part of this is obviously no secret and it was just a lot of sweat and hard work... not getting dropped... A LOT!! However there are some things that i have worked on specifically and its nice to be able to look back and see the progression and specific ways that have built up my FTP.
