For the dough,
• 1 kilo of flour
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• enough water
For the above,
• 500 grams of yoghurt
• 1 tea glass of water (100 ml)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 cloves of garlic
Since I wanted the food to be hard, I added less water in yogurt. If you want it to be soft, you can use it in ayran instead of yogurt.
• 200 grams of butter or margarine
• 1 pinch of salt (2-3 grams)
