It's a basic salad dressing, and it's an authentic taste that I learned from a chef who trained in France.
It tastes almost exactly like the salads you eat there, and I remember the first time I tasted it, I was impressed, "Wow, wow".

French Dressing
~Sauce Vinaigrette~
(Material)
2g of salt
White wine vinegar 16g
French mustard 9g
Extra virgin olive oil 50cc
A little bit of white pepper
(How to make)
1. Put all the ingredients except the olive oil in a bowl and dissolve the salt completely
2. Add the olive oil a little at a time, drizzling it like a thread, and stir with a whisk
3. Toss and it's done!
4. Prepare the salad separately and drain well with a salad spinner or the like
5. Put the salad in a bowl and pour a little of the made French dressing over the rim of the bowl
6. Dressing with a dabble
7. Serve and done!
