# How to Make “Kue Lumpur” – Soft & Creamy Steamed Potato Cake

Well, with all respect, I’ve modified her recipe a bit, both in terms of technique, which was made without a mixer, as well as ingredients, which I slightly tweaked to match my preference.
This recipe is 99% fail-proof, for it has been tested and tried by more than 175 individuals. As for the taste, its sweetness is perfectly right with lovely soft texture.
Here is the written recipe for the Kue Lumpur cake.
## Ingredients
### Ingredients A (Coconut Solution)
* 600 ml of Coconut Milk Solution,
^^ 1 sachet of ready-to-use coconut milk @ 65 ml mixed with water to a volume of 600 ml. Once cooked, make sure the total volume is only 500 ml;
* 1 Pandan leaf, tied together in a knot;
* ¼ tsp Fine Salt.
### Ingredient B (Batter)
* 200 to 250 grams Granulated Sugar, to taste;
* 2 Whole Eggs;
* 1 Egg Yolk, throw away its white part;
* ½ tsp Vanilla powder.
### Ingredient C
* ½ kg Steamed Potatoes;
* 250 g Cake Flour.
### Ingredient D
* 500 ml of ready-to-use Coconut Milk Solution (taken from ingredient A above);
* 100 g Margarine, melted;
### Ingredient E (Topping)
* Raisins or Choo-chips to taste.
