Dark chocolate 120g
Flour or rice flour 40g
※Rice flour is used for Mizuhochikara confectionery.
※Chocolate and powder are 3 to 1. Please make as much as you like!
1 Melt the chocolate.
2 Sift the powder and add it, and mix it well with a rubber spatula.
3 Put the dough in a squeeze bag and squeeze it into the shape you like.
Bake for 6 minutes in an oven preheated to 4150 degrees, and when it cools down, add toppings to your liking and complete.
