330 gr egg whites
330 gr common sugar
330 gr caster sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
800 gr of confectioner's dulce de leche
200 gr chocolate pastry bath
Makes 5 14cm x 22cm x 2cm high meringue plates plus decorating rods and some meringues.
