❤️Jiucai Hezi Recipe / Fried Chinese Leek Dumplings Recipe / Chinese Chive Pockets Recipe – Simple Taiwanese Cuisine with Fen & Lady First
Servings: 12
💛For the dough:
340g all-purpose flour, 100cc boiling water, 120cc room temperature water
Yeast 1/4 teaspoon, oil 1 tablespoon, salt 1 salt spoon (1g)
💛For the filling:
340g leek, 2 winter noodles, 4 pieces of dried tofu, 20g dried shrimp, 20g ginger
3 eggs (30cc oil + 1 salt spoon salt + 1 salt spoon MSG + 0.5 salt spoon white pepper)

3 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp oyster sauce
five-spice powder to taste , white pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 4 salt spoons, MSG 4 salt spoons
💛For frying:
Oil 2 tbsp (for 2~3 Chinese Chive Pockets)
