Hello, I'm Yukari, a cooking researcher.

This time, I'll show you how to make versatile pickled chives (pot chives). It's easy, just cut them up and pickle them! You can eat them as they are! They go well with rice, as a snack with alcohol, and with yakiniku! They're a versatile pickled chive that can be used as a seasoning for stir-fries. They're very delicious, so please try making them.

[Ingredients]
・2 bunches Chinese chives
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
・2 tsp Sugar
・2 cloves Garlic
・1/2 tbsp Doubanjiang
・1 tbsp White sesame seeds
・1.5 tbsp Sesame oil

・50g Pot chives
・80g Pork belly
・1/4 Onion
・Salt and pepper
