《Vegan Fish Fillet》
High-protein chickpeas with tender king oyster mushrooms, wrap in bean curd sheet and seaweed to form vegan fish fillets. The preparation is simple, the ingredients are healthy and nutritious. The finished product is very delicious!

Vegan Fish Fillet:
King oyster mushroom 200g,Canned chickpeas (drained) 240g,
Milled flaxseed 3tbsp, almond flour 3tbsp,Cornstarch 1tbsp,
salt ½tsp, sugar ½tsp, black pepper ¼tsp,
Five spice powder ½tsp, sesame oil 1tsp
Bean curd sheet 1pc, Nori seaweed 1pc

Spicy & Sour Vegan Fish:
Vegan fish fillet 1pc, onion 50g, green pepper 35g, ginger 5g,
garlic 10g, tomato sauce 2tbsp, chili sauce 1tbsp,
water 60ml, sugar 1tsp, potato starch ½tsp, cooking oil 2tbsp

Salt & Pepper Vegan Fish:
Onion 50g, chilli 10g, spring onion 15g, garlic 10g,
corn flour, salt ⅓tsp, five spice ½tsp
Sesame oil ½tsp, cooking wine ½tsp
