Lemongrass 香茅 – 1 pc
Bird’s eye chillies 指天椒– 2~3 pcs
Shallots 小红葱 – 5 pcs
Garlic 蒜头 – 4 cloves
Soaked dried shrimps 泡软虾米 – 30g
Curry leaves 咖喱叶 – 2 stalks
Curry powder 咖哩粉 – 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 油 – 3~4 tbsp

Soy sauce 生抽 – 1 tbsp
