Ingredients:
5 medium-sized jacket potatoes
300g leek, cleaned
1 small onion, chopped
2 pieces of flour butter
1 tsp vegetable paste
200g milk
200ml water
Cheese for gratinating
150 to 200g smoked pork
Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 200° top/bottom heat
