Ingredients for the dough are 600 g of flour (3 cups of village flour and 3 cups of farina"00"), about 2 g of salt, 125 ml of seed oil, 10 ml of zivania or tsipouro or vinegar, and 250 ml of water.
Ingredients for the stuffing are 225 g of almonds, 50 g of sugar, 8 g of ground cinnamon, 3 grated cloves, and 60 ml of flower water.
