梅菜板 Preserved vegetables
皮料 : Skin
分量 ( 可做48粒) (to make 48 pcs )
1000克 水磨糯米粉 - 1000g glutinous rice flour
10克 粘米粉 10g rice flour
100毫升 温水 - 100ml Warm water
3~5 汤匙 油 - 3~5 tbsp Oil
700~800毫升 温水 - 700~800ml Warm water

梅菜馅料: Preserved vegetables filling:
3包 梅菜 - 3 packs Preserved vegetables
500克 猪肉碎 - 500g minced pork
1汤匙 MAGGI 浓缩鸡精 - 1tbsp MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
两汤匙酱油 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 茶匙 胡椒粉 - 1 tsp white pepper
2汤匙 油 - 2 tbsp Oil
1 汤匙半 玉米粉 - 1½ tbsp corn flour
1 汤匙 姜丝 - 1 tbsp Shredded ginger
2汤匙姜末 - 2tbsp minced ginger
少许油 - dash of Oil
两汤匙糖 - 2 tbsp sugar
1 汤匙 花雕酒 - 1 tbsp Huadiao wine
