肉碎海参饭
Minced Pork and Sea Cucumber Rice
材料Ingredients：
2条 海参（切粒） / 2 Sea Cucumber（Diced）
1粒 花菇（切粒） / 1 Shiitake Mushroom（Diced）
1粒 干葱（切碎） / 1 Shallot（Minced）
适量 蒜米 / Some Minced Garlic
适量 肉碎 / Some Minced Pork
适量 水 / Some Water
适量 风车粉（勾芡）/ Some Potato Starch for thickening

调味料Seasoning：
1汤匙 蚝油 / 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
半汤匙 酱油 / Half Tbsp Soy Sauce
1汤匙 花雕酒 / 1 Tbsp Chinese Wine
1/4茶匙 鸡精粉 / 1/4 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder
少许 冰糖花 / Some Rock Sugar
少许 胡椒粉 / Some Pepper
半汤匙 老抽 / Half Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
