hello!
I'm Reiko Fujii, a culinary researcher.
This time I will introduce "Moist Milk Hearth" ^ ^
100% milk is used for the preparation water
It's a slightly sweet and milky bread♪
The mix of dough is easy to handle even for beginners.
Since the molding is just rounding
It's so easy♪
Of course you can eat it as it is
toast lightly
It is also recommended to make a sandwich ◎

Roll it up again, cover it with a damp cloth, and bench for 10 minutes.

With the top facing down, lightly remove the gas and roll again.
