Flour - 80 g.
Butter - 150 g.

Method of preparation
Preparing mushroom sauce is very easy and fast.
Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the mushrooms and a little salt.
After the mushrooms are fried, add the flour and fry for 3-4 minutes.
We add the fresh milk that we have warmed beforehand, stirring constantly.
