1 kg sambar powder
coriander seeds - ½ kg
dry chilly - 350 gm
asafoetida - 20 gm
urad dal - 100 gm
bengal gram - 100 gm
methi seeds - 25 gm ( 5 tsp )
Jeera- 50 gm ( 8 tsp )
curry leaves - 5 arc
coconut oil - 2 tbsp
