Recipe for pork with lime on a stick (46 sticks - 23 cups)
A. Pork
1 kg pork loin/tenderloin or pork neck (in the clip, I used pork loin but I spelled it as tenderloin🙏)
60 ml milk
B. Seafood dipping sauce recipe
100 grams palm sugar
1 tablespoon salt
45 grams chili peppers (can be added or reduced)
30 grams Thai garlic
7-8 mint leaves
7-8 basil leaves
1 tablespoon MSG
3 stalks of coriander roots and stems
45 ml boiled water
200 ml lime juice
