Today you and I will cook potatoes. For the filling this time I chose mushrooms with onions. It's a bit like potato slices with mushrooms, only much tastier. Potatoes are baked in the oven, not fried in oil, and turn out divinely tender.
INGREDIENTS for cooking Potatoes with Mushrooms:
5-6 pcs. potatoes
200 g flour (optional)
200 g mushrooms (5-6 pcs.)
3 eggs
20-25 g of butter
2 cloves garlic
200-300 g beef bones (for sauce)
15-20 g of white dry wine (for sauce)
1 onion
2-3 pinches of salt
