【Ingredients・20cm mold】

1.rhubarb 0:19
120g rhubarb
10g sugar
2.rhubarb raspberry jam 1:09
80g rhubarb
60g sugar
50g raspberries
30g raspberry jam
1tsp lemon juice
3.crumble 2:12
15g unsalted butter
15g brown sugar
15g ground almonds
15g cake flour
4.prepare cake tin 3:09
5.pound cake
90g unsalted butter
100g sugar
1tsp baking powder
100g ground almonds
2x eggs
45g sour cream
100g cake flour
6.last step 5:45
10x raspberrries
Bake at 160℃ for 1 hour
