〈SNOWY MOONCAKES〉
✎ Ingredients for 12 pcs：
Custard fillings:
Extra large egg 1
Egg yolk 3
Milk 160g
Sugar 80g （you may increase the amount for sweeter mooncakes)
Cake flour 40g
Vegetable oil 65g
You may add 25 grams of milk powder for richer flavor
Dough:
Glutinous rice flour 35g
Rice flour 35g
Corn starch 20g
Icing sugar 30g
Milk 140g
Condensed milk 20g
Vegetable oil 20g
Glutinous rice flour 30g (microwave for 40 seconds)
✎ Mould：
50g mould
(The snowy mooncakes need to be refrigerated for more than 2 hours before served, and can be stored in the freezer.)
