Spaghetti with turkey & soy pulp meatballs | 칠면조 콩비지 미트볼 스파게티

Make a classic spaghetti and meatball dinner with fresh turkey breast and soy pulp for your family. It is more economical and healthy that your whole family can enjoy. It also has less calories than the traditional meatballs but it is still packed with flavors you love.

🌶️ INGREDIENTS for meatballs (US cup):
8 oz ground turkey
4 oz soy pulp (preseason with 1/4 tsp salt)
2 oz finely chopped onion
2 oz finely chopped button mushrooms
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 – 3/4 tsp fine sea salt (3/4 tsp salt if using parmesan cheese instead of pecorino romano cheese)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry thyme
3/4 tsp dry dill
1 large egg
2 tbsp pecorino romano cheese
3 tbsp almond flour
(Makes 1-inch 20 meatballs)

🌶️ INGREDIENTS for sauce (US cup):
15 oz canned tomato sauce (1 1/2 cans for saucier sauce), no salt added
2 tbsp water
15 oz canned diced tomato, no salt added
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dry oregano
3/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepperl
(Serves 4)

227g ground turkey
113g soy pulp (preseason with 1/4 tsp salt)
57g finely chopped onion
57g finely chopped button mushrooms
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 – 3/4 tsp fine sea salt (3/4 tsp salt if using parmesan cheese instead of pecorino romano cheese)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry thyme
3/4 tsp dry dill
1 large egg
2 tbsp pecorino romano cheese
3 tbsp almond flour
