Steamed pork ribs with preserved beans
We have prepared to use frozen pork ribs to make a dish. Only $25, you can do it. It is more yummy than the ones in restaurants.

豉汁蒸排骨
材料:
急凍排骨一磅
豆豉20粒
蒜蓉1茶匙
辣椒2隻
處理:
1. 排骨,清水解凍。
2. 排骨解凍後,倒去水分,加入粗鹽一湯匙,乸20分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。
3. 排骨,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙索乾,放碗內。
4. 排骨調味:
a. 辣椒一隻(切粒)
b. 蒜蓉一茶匙
c. 豆豉一湯匙(已洗乾淨)
d. 生抽半茶匙
e. 雞粉1/5茶匙
f. 糖約一茶匙多
g. 胡椒粉適量
h. 油半湯匙
撈勻,加入生粉一湯匙,撈勻,放好在碟上。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾一鑊水。
2. 大火蒸排骨20分鐘以上。
3. 蒸好。
4. 完成,可享用。
Steamed pork ribs with preserved beans
Ingredients:
Frozen pork ribs 1 lb
Preserved beans 20 Nos.
Garlic sauce 1 tsp
Chili 2 Nos.
Preparation:
1. The pork, defrost in tap water.
2. The pork has been defrosted, pour away water. Add in 1 tbsp of cooking salt, season for 20 minutes to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to them.
3. The pork, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels. Put in a bowl.
4. Season the pork:
a. Chili 1 No. (have already diced in cubes)
b. Garlic sauce 1 tsp
c. Preserved beans 1 tbsp (have already rinsed)
d. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp
e. Chicken powder 1/5 tsp
f. Sugar (more than 1 tsp)
g. Pepper appropriate amount
h. Oil 0.5 tbsp
Mix well. Add in 1 tbsp of tapioca starch, mix well. Put on a plate.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the pork ribs at high flame for20 minutes or more.
3. Steam well.
4. Complete. Serve.
