SPONGE CAKE
4 eggs
120g sugar
80 gr ground walnuts (It's okay if you have bigger pieces left)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
100 gr flour 0000 | all use
SYRUP
150ml water
150g sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
FILLING AND DECORATION
650 ml heavy cream | whipping cream
80 gr powdered sugar | glass
20 g (2 heaping tbsp) instant coffee
