How to make easy kimbap by Jeongwi Monk

[Cooking rice]
1. Mix a little glutinous rice with white rice and wash the rice.
2. Put rice in the rice bowl and add mushroom water to adjust the rice water. Just add a little less than usual.
3. Place 2 sheets of kelp on top of the rice and press the cook button.
[Cutting vegetables]
4. Thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms soaked in water.
5. Slice the carrots into short, thin slices.
6. Blanch spinach in boiling water with a little salt, then squeeze out the water and cut into short pieces.
[Seasoning vegetables]
7. Put sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry shiitake mushrooms, and season with dark soy sauce. Add two spoons of water to the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates. Finish with sesame oil and pepper.
8. Stir-fry carrots in sesame oil and season with salt.
9. Season the spinach with soy sauce and sesame oil.
10. Cut the dried tomatoes and olive oil into small pieces. You don't have to include it.
[Mix rice and vegetables]
11. Add rice to the prepared vegetables and mix well with seaweed.
12. Lay out the grilled seaweed, top it with vegetable rice, and then each person rolls it up and eats it.
