Hello Guys! We are going to learn Mee Siam (Siamese Noodle), a combination between West MY & Baba Nyonya, delicious and fragrance cuisine!
Mee Siam, called as Siamese Noodle. Siam is the former Thailand but Mee Siam is not from Thailand. It is a dish from Malay Peninsula and it is very common and popular in Singapore and Malaysia. Like the Hokkien Prawn Noodles in Malaysia, there are also two versions of soup and dry stir-fry. The taste is sour, spicy and sweet. The main ingredient of Mee Siam is Rice Vermicelli, not noodle.

Spicy Bean Sauce = 10g

Salt = Adequate Amount
Sugar = Adequate Amount
