[Ingredients] Carrot 2, half a bucket of cabbage, 2 broccoli, 7 king oyster mushrooms, 2 handfuls of beech mushroom
1. Slice carrots into thin slices and sprinkle with 2 pinch of salt and place them on the bed.
2. Slice cabbage into thick pieces and place in bat.
3. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces and prepare.
4. Cut the mushrooms in half, then tear them vertically, and tear the beech mushroom apart.
5. In a steamer, steam cabbage, carrot, broccoli, and mushrooms in order.
6. Season and store each steamed vegetable in your favorite container.
Carrot: Salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
Cabbage : salt and pepper, 1 tbsp tuna liquid, 2 tbsp perilla oil, a little crushed red pepper
Broccoli: Add enough salt and pepper (never salty), finely grate 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of perilla oil or sesame oil
Mushroom: Grind 2 tablespoons of salt, pepper and sesame seeds, season with fish sauce or tuna liquid, 1 tablespoons of perilla oil
[Perilla leaf pesto] 30 perilla leaves, 2/3 cups of walnuts (you can have nuts in pine nuts or at home), 3~5 garlics (you can adjust the amount), 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of tuna liquid, half a cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cheese grated (This video uses granapadano cheese)
