This dish is very popular in western Ukraine, but I want it to be loved by absolutely all Ukrainians. After all, it is incredibly tasty. Bograch means "cauldron", and indeed, it tastes best in a cauldron over an open fire.
INGREDIENTS for cooking Bograch in Transcarpathian
50 g of lard
800 g beef (shoulder or back)
500 g of potatoes
2 tomatoes
2 sweet peppers
1-2 onions
10 g of chili peppers
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. smoked paprika (optional)
