Let’s see how to make garlic green chili pickle today. We are trying to revive the old forgetting recipes. This is one such recipe. We are making masala for the pickle too. This can be a good side dish. Our mothers, grannies have been making it for years together. The method or ingredients can vary from place to place or even house to house. Today, our guest will share her recipe. The basic ingredients for this recipe are green chilies, mustard seeds, salt and oil. It looks nice tempting and tastes super delicious. This pickle will give a nice spicy kick to your taste buds and make your regular meal tasty. You can try this recipe at home and write to me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 50 gm Mustard seeds
• 20 gm Turmeric powder
• 50 gm Salt
• 8~10 Garlic cloves
• 50 gm Oil
• 20 gm Fenugreek seeds
• 3 Lemons
• Chopped Green chilies

Method:
• Blend mustard seeds into coarse powder in mixer and take it out into a bowl.
• Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Basic masala for pickle is ready.
• Pound garlic a little and keep it aside.
• Heat up oil in a pan and when oil is smoky hot, turn the gas off.
• Add garlic and fenugreek seeds and fry it well together.
• When garlic begins to turn light golden, add the masala and mix well.
• Let the mixture cool down completely.
• Mix lemon juice and the masala well together and add green chilies.
• Mix everything well together. Green chili pickle is ready.
• Store it in a glass jar. Keep it under hot sun for 2-3 days and enjoy.
• It has shelf life of about a year.
