~ingredients~
Pork rose block 1kg
1 onion
Water 1L
2 pieces of garlic
3 pieces of ginger
Two green onions
Shaoxing wine 100cc (or sake if not)
Sanon Tou 6 tablespoons (or sugar if not)
6 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 octagons (OK if you are not good at it)
Peppercorn a little
Five-spice powder 1 teaspoon
