A. Instant dry yeast ・ ・ ・ 4g

B. Salt ・ ・ ・ 4g
B. Honey ・ ・ ・ 12g

Butter ・ ・ ・ 12g

C. Anko ・ ・ ・ 400g
C. Black sesame seeds ・ ・ ・ 20g

Black sesame ... appropriate amount
Butter (for mold) ・ ・ ・ Appropriate amount

[Preparation]
・ Mix C, divide into 6 equal parts, wrap in plastic wrap and roll.
・ Apply a thin layer of butter to an English muffin mold.
Arrange on a top plate with a cooking sheet.
・ Preheat 220 ℃ to the oven before firing.

[How to make]

Mix A and B in separate bowls. (Powder can be in a bag)
Put A and butter in the bowl of B and combine them with a rubber spatula or a card.
When the powder is getting low, put them together by hand.


Place on a table and knead until the surface is smooth.


When the dough is even, roll it up and put it in a bowl.
Wrap and take the primary fermentation in a warm place at 35 ° C-40 ° C.
(30-40 minutes)


Fermentation is complete when the size is doubled.


Degas and divide into 6 parts.
Re-roll and bench time for 10 minutes.


Spread it in a circle with a diameter of about 10 cm with the binding facing up.
Put C on it, wrap it while gently stretching the dough, and bind it.


Put the binding down and lightly press it from the top with your hands to adjust the thickness.
Put the dough in the mold.
Cover with a wet cloth and take the secondary fermentation in a warm place around 35 ℃.
(20 to 30 minutes)


Fermentation is complete when the dough rises to a height of about 80% of the mold.
Top with black sesame seeds in the center, stack the baking sheet and top plate from above, and bake in an oven at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.


When it is cooked, transfer it to a cake cooler and remove the heat.

【point】
・ If you cannot prepare the top plate to be stacked,
A roll cake top plate or a heat-resistant bat can be used as a substitute.
・ You can make it without black sesame seeds,
By combining black sesame seeds with sesame seeds
You can finish it with a richer taste.
